WHAT ARE VITAMINS?
Vitamins are organic substances which are vital food factors
required in small amounts to manage energy change and digestion. Vitamins are
not energy sources but rather they shield from sicknesses and work as food
impetuses as well. Vitamins are successful in small amounts (mg or mg). Each
vitamin has a specific capacity and inadequacy of a vitamin in the eating
routine causes a specific sickness. Vitamins are not shaped in the body aside
from vitamin D. In this manner, they should be taken from their sources.
There are two kinds of vitamins:
1. water-dissolvable vitamins (C, B)
2. fat-dissolvable vitamins (A, D, E, K)
